	* win/tclWinSock.c (TcpWatchProc): Watch for FD_CLOSE too when
	  asked for writable events by the generic layer.
	  (SocketEventProc): Generate a writable event too when a close is
	  detected.

	  Together the changes fix [Bug 599468].
