	* tools/tcltk-man2html.tcl: fixed incorrect html generated for
	.IP/.TP lists, now use <DL><DT>...<DD>...<P><DT>...<DD>...</DL>
	instead of illegal  <DL><P><DT>...<DD>...<P><DT>...<DD>...</DL>.
	Added skipping of directives directly after .TP to avoid them
	being used as item descriptions, e.g. .TP\n.VS in clock.n.
