        * generic/tclBasic.c:  Tcl_EvalObjv() failed to honor the
        TCL_EVAL_GLOBAL flag when resolving command names.  Tcl_EvalEx
        passed a string rep including leading whitespace and comments
        to TclEvalObjvInternal().
