        * macosx/tkMacOSXCursor.c (TkMacOSXInstallCursor): Set all theme
        cursors using SetThemeCursor or SetAnimatedThemeCursors.
        (TkGetCursorByName): Use the theme cursors for arrow, ibeam, etc.
