I'm not yet changing my YES vote on 283.

(1) The [info level] part of the change is backed out; resolution
    of the ensemble subcommand doesn't depend on it.

(2) This is the only chance that we'll get to do it right; once ensembles
    are out in a general release, we won't get to change their semantics
    without breaking script-level compatibility.

(3) The [info level] issue is very much a red herring.  The only code
    broken by the change is [info level] within a procedure that is
    a member of an ensemble.  That is to say, it's new code that's
    dependent on 8.5.  Pripr to the freeze for beta 1, we're supposed
    to be allowed to break new features.
