Hi Kevin, This is great. I just went through making something like this myself, but I haven't finished yet because I want to also support Panther. I haven't tried this yet but do you think there's any problem with building twice, once with each of -mmacosx-version-min=10.4 -arch i386 -isysroot /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk -prebind -mmacosx-version-min=10.3 -arch ppc -isysroot /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.3.9.sdk then combining the binaries manually with lipo? Also, I know it's probably a slippery slope here, but what about including the Thread package ( http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=10894 -- is this going into core soon?) in your build?
