#5133 [namespace unknown] man page entry is in error

The man page entry for the [namespace unknown] command states that "The default handler for all namespaces is ::unknown." Per TIP 181, and observed behavior, this appears to be incorrect. Rather, the default handler for the :: namespace is ::unknown, and the default handler for all other namespaces calls the handler for the :: namespace.
