#2010 apparent inconsistent error msgs

In tclUnixTest.c, one error msg is worded:

should be file readable|writable|both timeout

but another says

wait index readable/writable timeout

Should the first one use / or the second one use | ? I
think I would prefer the / over the | simply because |
might be read as a pipe character; in either case,
using a consistent notation seems preferable.

    I prefer the |.

    In the context of syntax rules this is the usual
    character to denote alternatives. Here, and in
    boolean expressions, it does mean 'or'.
    (A|B) = (A or B)
