ReproducibleScript:
As my understanding SHLIB_SUFFIX is wrongly set to .so for AIX.
This to problems compiling extensions (like oratcl).
NOTE: HAven't checked yet, wether cahnge this, will break AIX make.
I wonder why actually libtcl8.3.1.a is genereated, despite the wrong suffix setting.
