Comments:
Not critical, but it might save someone else some headaches.

DesiredBehavior:
Add a note to the ListObj.3 man page that the objv array returned by Tcl_ListObjGetElements
is *NOT* to be freed. I did not realize that it was returning the internal array pointer. This causes
memory problems if you free this pointer . :-) It just isn't very clear from the man page that it is
not allocating an array of *Tcl_Objs that you need to free.

It was clarified for 8.3.0 to note that the caller should not
free the memory returned in the array pointer.
