Moved dev from CVS to GIT

Dev on all my projects has moved from CVS to GIT. SF doesn't (yet) provide GIT hosting, so I've set up a mirror on repo.or.cz.

The projects are called tcl-tlc and tcl-tlc-base on repo.or.cz (git clone git://repo.or.cz/tcl-tlc-base.git)

The road to 1.0

Lots of work on Form, new widgets Pagedform, and Wizard, and much besides

Status update

Back from the dead

Well, not really. TLC has been in almost daily development all this time (I heavily use it for my work), but I've been lazy about updating the SF site. One of the key developers has moved to a different city and I've got better bandwidth, so maybe I'll move to SF cvs as the primary. In any case, many new things in this release, including a network client/server framework, logic gate array stuff, signals and slots event mechanism, form megawidget with validation, change notifications, and much more.
