Consult the documentation of netsnmp for this. In particular the man page
for snmpcmd. This functionality is outsourced directly by NetSNMP.

Notice that you only need an MIB to translate OID numbers to meaningful
strings, meaning that you can still access the MIB objects if you know
their OIDs.
