#31 Interface for changing properties of CVS Repositories

Keyboard Shortcut <ALT><ENTER> show the settings
of the selected folder (selected Repository).

There are three buttons:

Show properties.
Add Tag to Repository
Remove Tag from Repository

It needs forth button:
Change properties

It'll show dialog like dialog "add CVSRoot..."

This could be a feature, that will be implemented in the future.
Meanwhile it is possible to modify a CVS Repository entry by
using the "CVSBrowser Settings" dialog.
