#45 TBTray does not restore the original size.

From time to time, TBTray1.2 does not restore the
original size of new ThunderBird 1.5.
When I click (or double click) TBTray icon, the title
of ThunderBird appears on the tool bar. But its window
does not appear, and even if I click the title,
ThunderBird remains invisible.
It did not happen when I used ThunderBird 1.x.
To remdy it, I must close both TBTray and ThunderBird,
and then restart them.
