#31 Close option does not close thunderbird

Does not close Thunderbird, if a child window is open to
read an email.

STEPS to simulate -
1. Open thunderbird mail.
2. Double click on any email you have, to open in a
seperate window.
3. Click on 'close thunderbird' option in the tray
application.

It does not close the thunderbird until the read mail
window is manually closed.
