There is no easy way to do it. You can copy the isolinux.bin from the
/isolinux directory to a floppy and try it that way.

Get any rescue disk and access the iso image remotely. Mount it as an
iso9660 image and then just copy the tree with cp -a to the HD and
run lilo on it.
