LCP will be fully documented in the next update of the spec, which will
be available very shortly. Unfotunately, the material is much too large
to include in an email as I did with the PCRs. So for the time being,
the code in the lcptools directory is the best reference and
description.
If you have specific questions in the meantime, I will try to answer
them.
