I have this problem with a Getac X500 G3 (CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7440HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz).

I realised the same test on another Getac X500 G3 and the same issue appear.

This looks like an issue with TPM. Is it possible to replace TPM module
on the system? Did you try to run TBOOT on another system with the same
specs?
