[tboot-devel] Enabling TXT causes panic

After upgrading to BIOS version 942 on the DQ35JO motherboard with a
Q9450, I'm running into problems even booting stock Ubuntu Linux. If
TXT is disabled everything works fine, but enabling TXT in the BIOS
causes Linux to panic during boot (in mwait_idle). Anyone else run
into this and know a workaround? I have TPM, VT, and VT-d enabled in
both instances.
