[tboot-devel] new tboot release, 20080523

There is a new tboot release, tboot-20080523, that includes many fixes
and changes, especially to the TPM code.  Most of these changes have
been in the mercurial source code repo for some time, but there have
been some recent check-ins as well.

This will be the last release that support the Intel(r) TXT Technology
Enabling Platform (TEP) and the old TXT SDPs.
