[tboot-devel] User guide for applying the TXT patch

Hi

I have gone through different mailing list but none of them explicitly
talked about the steps to follow to apply this TXT patch. I would appreciate
it if you can post a user manual that helps us understand how to install a
xen with txt support. Thanks in advance
