Hi all, I have a very similar problem which David posted on Jan 14. Sorry for making a new thread, I just joined this mailing list. The problem was the system reboots when GETSEC[SENTER] is executed. Even if I set policy into TPM NVRAM, it still reboots. I am using infineon TPM chip (version 1.2.1.0). I made changes to the source code along with the patch Hal posted on Jan 2 because I originally had the same problem. My question is about the serial logs which David and Hal posted. I found these logs in the very beginning of the each log. TBOOT: TPM: get capability, return value = 00000000 TBOOT: TPM: get nvindex size, return value = 00000000 OR TBOOT: TPM: get capability, return value = 00000003 TBOOT: TPM: get nvindex size, return value = 00000003 Although I checked the latest version of TBOOT source code (tboot-20071128.tar.gz), I could not find the above lines. Which version are you using? I don' know this is a critical issue, but I just wanted to make sure that I am using the correct version of code. Kindest regards, Hiroshi Isozaki |
