[tboot-devel] SDV3/TEP mean what?

Hi, 

 I am looking around the tboot-20071128 package.
Then I raised one question.
 What does SDV3/TEP mean?
I understand TEP  as Technology Enabling Platform
But I do not know the SDV3 mean?
Is there any explaining pointer exists?
