#1 viewing jobs creates horiz scroll in IE

When viewing the job postings page with Internet
Explorer, the content area extends beyond the page
boundaries, resulting in a scrollbar. This seems to be
due to the 'width="100%"' property that is defined from
within the posting page. This is obviously causing a
conflict with the tbjug.org's stylesheet. I highly
suspect this problem to be fixable via the stylesheet,
but am too much of a neophyte to see a solution, yet.
