Add an option for sites to require user/pass combo, verifiable via
email of course. Once logged in they can post, if not logged in they
can read. This can be extended to give people "ownership" of areas
of a wiki and maybe allow anyone to post/edit..etc

This can be combined with the HTTPAUTH patch someone pasted on
TaviSuggestions
