#346 Provide default (generic) implementations in Taurus core abstract classes

Taurus core abstract classes could provide some default and generic implementations e.g factory could create instances based on the class map and store them in the dictionary.

This feature will facilitate the new schemes creation.

    I have reviewed the branch and corrected some copy&paste errors. I have also moved some more parts of the code e.g. adding attributes to polling in the factory and assigning a defaul label to an attribute.
    From my side it is ready to be integrated in the develop branch.
