#345 VoidVoidCommandViewer - button is unavailable in TaurusJDrawSynopticsView

Hello!

For example case of ATK swing object: VoidVoidCommandViewer.
As you can see, states changes in 1Command and 2Command:
But here, in 3(3taurus), when running in Taurus widget.. something went wrong and the button is unavailable.
