#325 TaurusLauncherButtons in TaurusForm do not recover text after reinit of device

The text of the launcher buttons is changed to "---" when the device goes to fault (that's ok) but it is not recovered when the device gets running again

To reproduce:

• launch taurusdevicepanel and select sys/tg_test/1
• go to commands tab and launch "Switch States" command
• Now launch "Init" command
• Go back to the attribute panel, and see that the launcher button text will be "----"
