#239 Pleache check that it works with the new guiqwt stack (3.y.z)

Hello,

The new guiqwt, guidata and python-qwt stack reached Debian testing.
Could you check that taurus4 and sardana works with this new stack.

This stack is pure python and doesn not depends anymore of the python Qwt5 C++ binding.
This make the code more portable.

Last time I checked it didn't work, but I'll check again.

As shown in [#270], it can be confirmed that currently taurus does not support guiqwt>=3.0

Since this ticket was just about "checking", I close this ticket and keep [#270] open
