#230 TaurusLCD represents only LAST digits of long numbers

Reproduced both in develop and taurus4

To reproduce, run:

from taurus.qt.qtgui.panel import TaurusForm
from taurus.qt.qtgui.application import TaurusApplication
import sys

app = TaurusApplication()

w = TaurusForm()

w.setModel(['eval://1.23456789', 'eval://1.23456789'])
w[0].setReadWidgetClass('TaurusLCD')
w.show()
sys.exit(app.exec_())

The LCD will only show "456789" which is misleadding, specially on floating point numbers

A patch for Taurus4 is available in this comment.

However this patch can be improved: A proper solution should involve using the format (not sure if we have it in taurus4) and not hardcoding number of digits. And in any case, the same effect should be done by using formats instead of "hacking around" with the display string.

We leave the patch in the ticket to have a first idea of how this bug can be solved or at least partially solved in Taurus4.
