#205 Lock view fails in some cases

When opening a 'taurusgui example01' that has not any .ini created still, the lock view is activated, howerver panels can be moved around, placed outside of the main GUI, replaced inside, etc. Then when unchecking and checking again lockview, everything is locked correctly.

When the .ini is created (if we now close and open the GUI again), then the lock view works from the beginning.
