Problem with label:
label cannot be changed for eval attributes added in TaurusForm

How to reproduce:
1) Create a new taurusform with an eval expression URI; e.g:
taurusform eval://{tango://sys/tg_test/1/short_scalar}

2) Try to change the label by right clicking in the label of the attribute displayed in the taurusform. The label cannot be changed neither by doing 'change label', nor by doing configuration->all->label.

Fixed in Taurus 4.
Note that the original example does not work in taurus4 because the model name needs to be changed.
Just use [TEP3] correct model names such as:

taurusform eval:{tango:sys/tg_test/1/short_scalar} eval:1
