[tauruslib-devel] (unnofficial) taurus 5.1.4 release

Hi all

This is just to inform that I did an "unofficial" release of taurus 
(5.1.4) in order to

tidy-up things for those who take over the maintenance of the project.

Basically, I tagged the current develop HEAD as 5.1.4 but I did not 
merge into stable.

Essentially this brings the TEP20 and should be safe to use, but it did 
not go

through the whole manual tests we usually do in official releases.
