Hi all,

I just created a DRAFT for a new Taurus Enhancement Proposal about 
moving Taurus to GitHub. Here is the TEP header:

Abstract: Move Taurus project from its current hosting in SourceForge to 
 GitHub. The move affects the code repository, the ticket tracker and the 
 wiki pages. It also proposes to change the contribution and the TEP 
 workflow to make use of the Pull Request feature.

Also note that the changes proposed in TEP16 are already partially implemented 
for evaluation purposes in the following repository:

https://github.com/taurus-org/taurus

Also note that, according to the proposed new workflow, the following Pull 
Request has been created for discussing the TEP16:

https://github.com/taurus-org/taurus/pull/1

I suggest that we use the mentioned Pull Request as the main channel for 
discussion, since it will be a good way for validating the proposed workflow.
