Hi Teresa, thanks for your feedback.

Just  one comment: note that, as with web browsers, the user does not need to 
be forced to use % . We may leave that job to the validator, and deal with it 
internally. Also, we could even decide to not care at all about brackets being 
forbidden by  RFC3986 and use them anyway without escaping them (as of now, 
that would not present any technical problem, only a formal one)

With this I am not pushing for this option, just stating that we could still 
consider it.
