Hi Lukasz,
Which version of taurus did you have installed?
Only Taurus 4 is agnostic (It is not necessary to install PyTango if you 
will not use tango scheme)

You can install it from repository (sourceforge ) or pypi 
(https://pypi.python.org/pypi/taurus/4.0.1)

git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/tauruslib/taurus.git taurus
python taurus/setup.py install


Your 2nd snapshot is a bug that is fixed in Taurus 4, but however could 
be some widgets that are still being Tango-Centric.
