Import tasks from Outlook

Remark: you need a Toodledo account for this !
Remark: this only works with real Outlook tasks, not with flagged emails !

1. First you need to remove the recurrences from any task because it is not supported by the export format
2. In Outlook, export your tasks to a CSV file
   1. Go in "File" then in "Open"
   2. Click on "Import" and select "Export to a file"
   3. Select "Comma Separated Values (DOS)"
   4. Select "Tasks"
   5. Select a file and click "Finish"
3. In Toodledo, import your tasks from a CSV file
   1. When you are connected, go in "Tools" then "Import / Export / Backup"
   2. In "CSV Import / Export" click on "More details..."
   3. In "CSV Tasks Import" select the file and click "Upload"
4. In TaskUnifier, synchronize your tasks with the Toodledo account
