This page will give you a quick overview of the main features of TaskUnifier.

1) Task table

Depending on the filter you selected, some task might not be displayed.

In this table, you can see and edit your tasks.

2) Task note

When a task is selected in the task table, you can edit its note.

3) Searcher list

This list contains searchers, a searcher defines the sort order of your tasks and the task filters.
A searcher allows you to easily show the task with specific values in a specific order.

4) Count badge

At the right of each searcher, you will see numbers.

The number on the right indicates the number of tasks that matches the filters.
The number of the left indicates the number of overdue tasks that matches the filters.

5) Add a searcher

You can create your own searchers and defines you own sort order and filters.
An example of searcher would be "Next Action" which would sort your tasks by start date and only show the tasks with status "Next Action".

6) Tabs

TaskUnifier contains 3 different views:

  • Tasks: manage your tasks
  • Notes: manage your notes
  • Calendar: manage your tasks in a calendar

A searcher allows you to easily show the note with specific values in a specific order.

The number indicates the number of notes that matches the filters.
