#440 A "tag cleanup tool"

I sync all my tasks to Toodledo and when I do this it downloaded many empty tags to my computer. Tags that I have no tasks for. Toodledo itself does a good job of removing tag names as soon as there aren't any tasks with that specific tag. I would love to see some kind of "cleanup" tool for TaskUnifier.

Overall this is a great program!! Keep it up!! :)
