#437 Add Archived Folder test to task searchers filters

I use folders for projects and I archive them in Toodledo once they are completed. They have old tasks in them, And these can appear in the task searcher results.

\Modifying the task searchers each time I archive a folder is quite a pain, so would be very useful to be able to test for and exclude any tasks that are in archived folders.

Please can you add a task searcher filter type to check for the task parent folder being archived/active.
