#394 allow structuring task that inherit propertys from subtaks

it would be nice to have (structurising)-tasks that inherit the (closest, highest) probertys from there subtasks.

this helps heavy users a lot to structruise there work

eg. there could be a inheriting task finance that has the subtasks pay monthly taxes and pay the wahing machine bill.
