Hi - we do start the week on Monday in the UK - possibly because "the weekend" means Saturday and Sunday to us?
(As an aside, I have always wondered how God-fearing Christian nation like the USA came to defy the scriptures and place "the seventh day" on Saturday rather than the Christian sabbath.)
Setting the language as English UK still has the week start on Monday in Task Unifier. It is not a real problem but, for the sake of neatness and consistency, if the day order is tied to the language preference, is it possible for the user to tweak this, or would it need to be set in the program?
Best wishes,
Liz

I have lived my whole life in the US, but find it useful to start my calendar week on Monday since, to me, the weekend should go together. It has nothing to do with religion for me, but the convenience of viewing weekend events.

Hi
Just downloaded TaskUnifier for evaluation, and I wonder if/where you can change start of week from Sunday to Monday?

This depends on the language you selected in the Settings.
English US will start on Sunday while French will start on Monday for example.

Hmm... Not quit was I was hoping. I'm running Windows in English, but would like to have start-of-week as monday.
But thank you for the answer.
You can try with English UK, I don't know by heart if they start the week on Monday or not, but it's worth the try

Sorry, the first day of week, as other settings, are tight to the locale.
So the language + country selected will determine the day of week.
You should use english UK if you want Monday as first day of week.

As explained, simply select English UK instead of English US in the settings and it will start on Monday.
I've changed to English UK, but sunday is still the first dow after a restart.
Fixed, in next release English GB (instead of UK), will have the first day of week on Monday.
