Data lost: is there a back-up of the tasks anywhere?

Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Forum"
For unknown reason I had to force TU to close when shut off my PC yesterday and all my data (tasks, contexts,...) were lost!
I hoped there was a back-up of all my tasks anywhere on my computer but didn't find.
Is there a way to regularly save the data?

There should be some backups.
Go to File -> Restore from backup and take the last one.
You can configure the auto backup in Settings -> Backup
