How do you create task templates? Not create template from task.

Is it possible to create templates wholesale without the need to do it from tasks? Looks multi-step-issue here, first create a task, fill out the relevant fields, then create template from task, then delete task?

It appears and I can be wrong here. It looks like you must create a Template from task as the + symbol is missing when no Templates are defined and selected.

EDIT: Note, you need to reopen Manage task templates to view the + symbol after following the instructions above.
