I use Toodledo from one year. My knowledge about GTD is increasing from this time.
Now I am at moment, when I feel that Toodledo isn't cover my using this methodology. TaskUnifier I think is great and have many thing which I want, but...
I have few questions:
1) What about synchronization at phone with Android or IPhone? Is It possible only by Toodledo?
2) What about collaboration with team, how I can synchronize tasks, delegate tasks, check due date?
3) How TaskUnifier and Toodledo synchronize tasks with subtask at second level? Toodledo only support subtasks at first level.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
1) Only via Toodledo
2) TaskUnifier doesn't really support collaboration, but you can use the Network Share plugin which allow to synchronize the same data with multiple users via a shared disk/folder on the network. You can also specify the private folders which won't be synchronized with others.
3) TaskUnifier stores some extra meta data, the second (and more) sub-levels will only be "understood" by TaskUnifier
