I'm trying to use taskUnifier under Ubuntu, and very soon I got the problem that the GUI started to behave strangely, I had to click somewhere else rather than on the button to click. Then I remembered that taskUnifier requires the official JDK, which used to be by Sun and now is by Oracle, and installed this under Ubuntu. However it still behaves sometimes strangely, especially when entering a note to a task I can only add about a few characters before it freezes. I suspect that I am not using the correct version of Java. Which version of the Java SDK is required? I tried first a version of Java 8, which didn't work very well, and then I have switched to java 7 (java version "1.7.0_67"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_67-b01)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.65-b04, mixed mode) but the problems stay.
It's mainly editing of tasks
