Mac TaskUnifier 4.0.4 sends incorrect Completion Date to Toodledo

I just started using Mac TaskUnifier Pro to sync with my Toodledo account. I notice that even though the Completion Date for a task in TaskUnifier is today's date, when I sync TU with Toodledo, Toodledo receives that date as tomorrow's date.

I noticed when I tested this again the next day, it worked fine. Should it be important, the aberrant behavior cited above occurred on the the last day of the shortest month (2/28/14). Anything marked as complete in TU showed the proper completion date on that day in TU but showed 3/1/14 as the completion date in TD. Not so when I did those tests on 3/1/14.

Tested again today the problem is there again. This time I checked off a task in TU after 5pm and it showed up in TD as checked off tomorrow, even though in TU it says I completed it today.
