I noticed that my Filters were corrupted after the 4.20 upgrade. Specifically, Filters that has two branches (using AND), where the second branch was a disjunction (using OR). The disjuncts in the second branch were all Context conditions, and the Value for each of them was blanked out.

Probably something similar for me: All the Folder equals "foldername" are reset to Folder equals "" after upgrade.
