I've been using TU on my iMac for a while now, with the Toodledo plugin. I've bought a MacBook last week and installed TU on it. When I enter my license, I get an error message saying my license key is invalid. I copied it from my registration email and checked it several times. Any idea what could be wrong?

Is it a long license key ? (multiple lines) ? Or a single line license key ?

    It's a single line

It means you still have an old license, which is only valid for TaskUnifier 3 and below.

Since TaskUnifier 4, the license is composed of multiple lines, and was a free upgrade for users having purchased a license after 1st of June 2012.

Thanks Ben, that solved my problem. I was trying to use my initial one line license, but wasn't aware of the fact that I'd received a new one by email later on. When I entered that, it worked.
