i just upgraded from 3.0.3 beta to 3.0.4 and i noticed that TaskUnifier is no longer starting up. When i double click the icon i notice in my taskmanager that "javaw.exe" spikes to 100% cpu utilisation but the Taskunifier GUI never shows up. I basically cannot use the program anymore. Version 3.0.03 was working properly for me, but it cannot be download anymore (no longer listed on the website).
Anyone else experiencing the same issue ? If it's only me than i have no other option than to go back to version 2.x

Could you try to start TaskUnifier by running the TaskUnifier.jar file instead of TaskUnifier.exe. (This will use another data folder, so you won't see any of your data, that's normal, they are not lost, it's just for the test)

What is your os ? What kind of machine ? 32 bits ? 64 bits ?

Version 3.0.3 is still available in the download page :

Starting TaskUnifier.jar is indeed working, however the cpu utilisation is still 100%. and i now run into the issue that the Toodledo plugin is not working. When clicking 'synchronize' it downloads the Toodledo-plugin, but it then says 'nothing to configure' and it's not syncing...

Just confirming on my statement above.. i was able to uninstall 3.0.4 and re-install 3.0.2 and version 3.0.2 is starting up ok and working ok. So that underpins my theory that it's related to the new 3.0.4 beta

And confirming as well that the Toodledo plugin issue is working in version 3.0.2 and not in 3.0.4

Strange, could you send me the logs ?
(TaskUnifier -> Help -> Get logs)
    Thanks

The problem has been found. It is linked to backups.
In the meantime I recommended using 3.0.2.

Version 3.1.0 will be released soon.
